As Argentum’s Ambassador to the Turkish hospitality marketplace, Mr. Esen’s responsibility is to secure the Turkish hospitality industry providers for the ihottz project that includes facilitating Turkish institutions of higher education for establishing branch presence within the ihottz campus. Mr. Esen will also provide tenant research, review Turkish tenant lease agreements and will initiate Turkish investor relation site visits to Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. He has over 20 years of global experience in new business development and operational support. Mr. Esen has worked with leading Turkish companies within the construction, development, pharmaceutical and hospitality sectors, looking to expand their operations abroad.

Functions & Responsibilities

• Serve as ihottz ambassador to Turkish hospitality marketplace
• Secure the interest of Turkish hospitality industry providers for the ihottz project
• Liaise with Turkish institutions of higher education and preparatory colleges for establishing branch presence at ihottz
• Review Turkish tenant lease agreements
• Manage Turkish investor relations and visits to Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
• Tenant Research
