International Hospitality Trade & Training Zone (ihottz)
Argentum Development Company, in partnership with the Investment and Development Office of the Government of Ras Al Khaimah will deliver the world's first hospitality industry "super hub". Total ihottz development project estimated at $1.8B USD (multiple phases) Phase I estimated at $300M USD.
International Forum for Advancement in Medicine (IFAM)
The IFAM project includes an over reaching medical convention complex that includes, copious conference and convention facilities, lecture halls and demonstration operating theatres, an on-site medical office tower, a five-star hotel, a “membership only” health club, and instruct-leading exhibition space for manufacturer showrooms. By integrating convention and conference spaces with field-specific facilities the Centre offers all of the venues necessary to encourage efficient and effective dissemination of medical opinion. Such facilities will serve as the ideal “classroom” for the international community of medical professionals.

Large Format Retail
Argentum is involved in the design, development and construction of a 380,000 sq. ft. strip shopping mall with three large format anchor tenants and multiple in-line retail stores and restaurants.

Logistics Warehousing
Argentum is engaged in the development and construction of a 520,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant light industrial warehousing and distribution complex. Phase 1 will include 120,000 sq. ft. design built facility with refrigeration capabilities for perishable products with high volume multi-tenant usage. Phase II will include a 400,000 sq. ft. design built parts distribution and dealership showroom facility for logistics and redistribution of automotive specialty products and parts. This project will be in joint venture with multiple branded automotive companies looking to establish a presence in a state-of-the-art facility with easy access to airport and road network.
