Mr. Farha began his career as a Sales and Marketing Manager with Dow Chemicals before returning to Dubai in 1992. With his entrepreneurial approach to business, George Farha sought to promote opportunities in Dubai and found the opening to be in the service industries to major hotel groups and clubs. From an initial modest catering and laundry business, he has now expanded to become the leading companies to provide these support services in Dubai and the UAE. This achievement was also recognized when he was elected the first President of the Young Entrepreneur Organisation in 2000 and was a founding member of this organization. George Farha is the Chairman of Intercat Group (Hospitality LLC, Investments, and Hospitality SAL), Cedar Hospitality LLC and Butler’s Launderers & Dry Cleaners, a partner in APS Gulf (International Project Managers) and other Shareholder’s interests: Bayt.com, F3 Investment LTD, Banque Bemo in Lebanon, the Levant and Meliora Health Corporation.

Functions & Responsibilities

• Argentum Development Director based in Dubai, UAE
• Manage the business relations and protocol for all UAE-based consultants and project advisors
• Liaise with all ihottz potential tenants and the Government of Ras Al Khaimah
• Review contracts and tenant lease agreements
• Manage local legal accounting and project finance team
• Develop and establish banking relations and protocol
• Supervise bid process and select project management team during construction and development
